How do artwork proofs work?
Once an order is placed, your artwork will be sent to us for review. Upon receiving the artwork we will begin proofing it and you will receive an email back with a mockup of what the sticker will look like.
Please note, all natural materials vary in appearance. The wood itself as well as the engraved areas may vary from piece to piece, although we will always strive to provide you with excellent quality products.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
We are unable to accept returns on custom items unless there are flaws with the material or work itself.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
What's your turnaround time?
Once an order is approved, most orders ship within 1–3 business days, depending on complexity and volume. Custom orders may take a little longer, but we’ll always give you an accurate estimate before we begin.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We do our best to source all materials from domestic manufacturers in the USA. All engraving and fabrication of the products themselves is done in house.
